How Long Will It Take To Receive My Order?
Once you place your order, there will be a 2-3 day processing period followed by a 5-15 day shipping period.
In total, it can take anywhere from 1-3 weeks to receive your items. The duration depends on the shipping method and the destination country.
Delays may occur due to Holidays and/or any unforeseen events such as flood or typhoon. Please do note as well that custom inspections can be a factor during shipment.
Why Didn't I Receive A Confirmation Email?
Sometimes our emails will go into customers' spam mailboxes. You can check your spam mailbox first. If not, write us at order@myfluffypal.com
Is My Photo Good Enough To Use?
If You Followed Our Photo Guidelines, Then Yes Your Photo Is Very Likely Good Enough To Use.
• Make Sure The Photo Is Taken In Good Lighting (Outdoor Daylight Is Best)
• Try To Take The Photo At Eye Level With Your Pet
• They Don't Need To Be Looking At The Camera
• Try To Get A Close Up So We Can See Your Pet's Unique Features
• Make Sure The Photo Is Not Blurry And High Resolution ( 1.5 Mb + )
• Make Sure No Features (E.G. Ears!) Are Out Of Frame - We Can't Add Them If They Aren't In The Original Photo
• Ensure That The Fur Color In The Photo Is Not Affected By Bad Lighting. If The Fur In The Photo Is Not Accurate To Real Life, The Fur In The Design Won't Be Either
To Ensure The Quality Of Your Product, Please Submit Original Photos, Don't Use Screenshots - Cropped Out Photos, Etc ( Just Use These In Case You Have No Other Options )
Can I see the artwork before it gets printed?
Of course. We offer free, unlimited revisions on all orders. We want to make sure you're 100% satisfied. You'll get an email when your portrait is ready to review.

How do you produce your artwork?
Our artists are professionally trained designers. We use pen and tablet and we never use AI or filters to make our modern pet portraits. We take pride in our work and the human touch required to capture your pet's facial features.
Can you print more than one pet in a portrait?
Yes! We offer modern pet portraits for two pets, three pets and four pets to be shown together in a single portrait.
What if my photo is in black and white?
If your photo is in black and white, then our artists will make the artwork black and white. Please note that we use the original photo as the reference. If your pet pulls a goofy face in the photo, then they'll have a goofy face in their portrait too!
Can I give this as a personalized gift?
